Epsom Renovations is a loose collective of professionals, of whom you will primarily have contact with:

Kenneth Wilson – Principal

Kenneth comes from a background in Shipping.  He has had Management experience at sea
and in Sales and Operations ashore as well as with Telecoms and in technical lighting.
He is both a Ship’s Master and Shipbroker by qualification.  He brings a client-focused approach
to Epsom Renovations.

 

Kenneth has been involved in numerous home renovations over a period spanning more than 30 years.

David Garrick – Project Manager


David is a time served and qualified Carpenter and Boat Builder with over 40 years experience in the construction industry as a Carpenter, Clerk of Works, Site Foreman and Project Manager.

This experience covers a range of building sites from major projects such as the Marsden Point Refinery and New Zealand Steel to domestic renovations and maintenance and boat repairs.

David brings a wealth of experience and connections across a variety of trades and a very practical, personal, consultative approach.


He has always had a love of boats and sailing and has cruised widely in the Pacific.
